The latest general information about the COVID-19 pandemic is available at: CDC.gov or Colorado.gov/cdphe. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has a general question line at: 303-389-1687 or 877-462-2911.
If you have specific questions or concerns about how all this applies to your health, we will arrange a virtual visit using “ZOOM” or “Face Time”. Usual visit charges apply to "virtual visits" and are covered in a similar fashion as your "in person" visits during this pandemic. The Zoom application is free and can be downloaded from your android play store, iTunes App store, or from https://zoom.us/support/download.
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, our office is taking MANY precautions to keep you, your fellow patients in our practice, and our staff at low risk of exposure. Please read our most current information which can be found in the file below, before you call our office. Please don't call the office to ask about general public health questions. (We are having a high call volume now and need to use our resources to respond to our patients medical needs.)
If you have personal medical concerns and need an appointment, call us at (719)265-6464 so we may do phone triage and prepare for your arrival. We have office procedures in place to ensure you are cared for in a way that is safe for you, other patients, and our staff.
Please do NOT come into the office to evaluate a flu-like illness without a phone consultation and an appointment. Do not panic - while COVID-19 will certainly be present in our community and patients - 80-90% of cases are mild to moderate.
Our #1 priority is your health; our other #1 priority is the safety of other patients and staff.
